Plaintiff(s): George Garnett, Anne Garnett, widow.

Defendant(s): William Wentworth, George Hall.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Stratford (Yorkshire), and the tithes of Morton and Dishford (Yorkshire), lately belonging to Robert Garnet, late husband of plaintiff Anne. [Viscount Wentworth, Sir William Wentworth, Michael Wentworth, and others, are mentioned].
