Description

Short title: Smith v Potts.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Smith, His Majesty's farmer.

Defendant(s): Thomas Potts, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Manor and soake of Stockton (Norfolk), and the wastes and commons belonging, and the parsonage of Kirkby Cane. Metes and bounds. Right of fishing.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 12 February 1630.
