Short title: Woodall v Edwards.

Plaintiff(s): John Woodall.

Defendant(s): Richard Edwards, of London, merchant, Thomas Heyward.

Subject of depositions: Tobacco brought from the "Summer Islands" in the year one thousand six hundred and twenty three, and touching the will of the late Lady Jolles, relict of Sir John Jolles, deceased.

County/place: London.

Date of commission: 28 November 1629.
