Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).
Defendant(s): Richard Bishop of Winchester, late Bishop of Durham, and George Lilburne.
Subject of depositions: Tenement in the town of Sunderland in the possession of defendant George, and stated to be parcel of the possessions of the late chantry of the Virgin in Bishops Wearmouth. Concealed lands? [See also Number 39. 5 Chas I Mich].
