Short title: Attorney General v Thorp.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): William Thorp, John Smith, of Panters, George Clutterbuck, George Huntley, John Turner, Christopher Cipher, John Baker.

Subject of depositions: Messuage called Wanneswell Court in the parish of Berkeley (Glo'ster) and other tenements, etc. in same parish, lately in the possession of Margaret and George Thorpe (defendants' parents) and others.
