Description

Short title: Dawson v Cundall.

Plaintiff(s): George Dawson, Henry Teasdale.

Defendant(s): Thomas Cundall, John Wilson, Professor of Sacred Theology, John Bramhall, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Farm called Whitcliff, in the parish of Rippon (Yorkshire), parcel of the possessions of the Archbishop of York, and the church of Ripon, and the towns of Ripon and Thorpe. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1629.
