Description

Short title: Blunte v Broade.

Plaintiff(s): Walter Blunte, Wr. Comber, Humy. Gearse, Wm, Sutton, Thomas Brasier, for themselves and divers other customary tenants and freeholders of the manors of Abbotsley, etc.

Defendant(s): Edward Broade, George Lench, Simon Chambers, John Lench.

Subject of depositions: Great waste or woodground called "Altons Woods" alias "Alvington Woods" and the manors of Abbotesley alias Abberley, Tymberlake, Bayton, and "both the Lyndons." Customs of manors.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1629.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 April 1629 at Bewdley.
