Description

Short title: Blount v Hooper.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Blount.

Defendant(s): John Hooper, Samuel Miller, John Gorse, John Neathway, John Symes, Mawd Symes, Richard Councell, Mary Davies, Bridget Walmeslie.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Limpsham, the creek adjoining, and defendants' lands in Bledon on the opposite side of the creek. Touching cleansing and scouring of the "points of earth" running into the creek.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 12 February 1629.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 March 1629 at Mark., delivered into Court 9 May 1629.
