Description

Short title: Sawyer v Edye.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Sawyer.

Defendant(s): Christopher Edye, William Smith.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Kettering (Northamptonshire). Customs of manor. Alleged interference with custom of "suit and grist" to the ancient mills in such manor by the erection of "quernes" etc.
