Short title: Frewin v Payne.

Plaintiff(s): John Frewin, Richard Breach, Charles Breach, Augustine Perry, Francis Taylor, Thomas Jeffery, John Hall, Thomas Hutchins, Henry Baker.

Defendant(s): Matthew Payne.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Sunninge, and the tything of Eye and Dunsden. The offices of "Hayward" and "Reave" in the manor.
