Description

Short title: Conyers v Brown.

Plaintiff(s): Milicent Conyers.

Defendant(s): Richard Brown, John Booth, Richard Rogers.

Subject of depositions: Lands called "Townsend's Lands" in Kevernow (Herefordshire), belonging to James Phillips, late of Kevernow, and "extended" upon a forfeited bond for the payment of monies due by him to plaintiff.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1626.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 January 1627 at Hereford.
