Description

Short title: Tempest v Rooks.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Richard Tempest, kt.

Defendant(s): William Rooks, the younger, Edward Hopkinson, Richard Rowlinson, George Holdsworth, Jennet Sunderland, William Blaymyers, Robert Blaymyers, Thomas Blaymyers, Thomas Gledhill.

Subject of depositions: Lands called "Revey" lying in the parish of Bradford, and said by plaintiff to be parcel of Wibsey Common, and the rectory of Bradford (Yorkshire). Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 28 May 1625.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 June 1625 at Bradford.
