Subject of depositions: Estate of Richard Hall, merchant, of London, deceased, and goods and merchandise brought by him into the port of Plymouth, "which were claimed as Spanish goods by Don Alonso de Vallasco, Lord Ambassador there for the King of Spain." Touching plaintiff's mediation in the matter, and two bills of his for £200 held by Hall, which, before his death, he promised to cancel, as alleged by plaintiff.
