Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of John Townley, of Gray's Inn, deceased, late husband of plaintiff Mary, of which will defendant and Sir Henry Yelverton were executors. Touching lands of Townley in or near Bewdley (Worcestershire), and in or near Dulwich (Surrey), his lease of the herbage of Bewdley Park, his purchase of Dryhill Manor (Kent), and of mills called Sunbridge Mills (Kent), and the interest of Mrs Barnham in the Kentish premises. Touching alleged unfairness of plaintiffs being made liable for the debts of Townley.
