Subject of depositions: Contract between plaintiff and the defendant Gresham, that defendant should lend plaintiff £700 and that the family, of defendant should sojourn and board at plaintiff's house in liquidation of the loan. Touching alleged breach of the contract on the ground of bad diet, etc.
