Description

Short title: Viscount Rochford v Hewett.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Viscount Rochford.

Defendant(s): Sir John Hewett, Bart.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Connesboro', and a farm called"Firsby" (alias"Phrisby") Hall and a parcel of ground called"The Moore" near Connesboro'; whether Moore is parcel of the waste or common belonging to the manor, or part and parcel of Phrisby Hall? Alleged encroachment on common. Right of common on Moore.
