Defendant(s): John Fydling, Hugh Humfrey, John Austen, John Carter, Robert Dickson alias Dickenson.
Subject of depositions: Mills called "The King's Mill" in Cambridge. Custom of "suit and grist" to the mills. Alleged injury to plaintiff by defendants diverting custom from the mill to mills of theirs, called "Bishops Mills ", "Hauxton Mill" and "Newnam Mills" etc. Survey.
