Description

Short title: Lloyd v Powell.

Plaintiff(s): William Lloyd, John Eyton.

Defendant(s): Thomas Powell.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage called "Govynys" situate in Brymbo, in the lordship of Bromfield and Yale, late in the tenure of Howell ap Lle'n ap David ap Owen, and now in that of his son (defendant). Customs of manor. [William Lloyd, of Halghton, deceased, father of plaintiff, and Lloyd and Margaret vz Madock, mother of Howell, are mentioned].

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1623.
