Description

Short title: Wharton v Lord Scroope.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Michael Wharton, kt.

Defendant(s): The Right Honourable Emanuel Lord Scroope, Lord-Lieutenant, Lord President of His Majesty's Most Honourable Council, established in the north parts.

Subject of depositions: Bond of £400 entered into by Thomas Rudd, Richard Chomley, and Simon Rudd with defendant, for the payment of £200 being towards the payment of the rent of certain coal mines.
