Description

Short title: Hatton v Sherwood.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Hatton, clerk.

Defendant(s): Thomas Sherwood, John Burgess, clerk, John Thurleby, Henry Cowper.

Subject of depositions: Pension and tithes alleged to be due by defendants to plaintiff for lands in Rinshall; and by what right defendants Thurleby and Burgess came into the vicarage of Rinshall, and parsonage of Little Thorpe, to the deprivation of plaintiff.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 28 November 1622.
