Description

Short title: Blakeston v Morse.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Blakeston.

Defendant(s): Thomas Morse.

Subject of depositions: House in Kingston-on-Hull called the "South House" in possession of defendant, lately belonging to Edmond Latham (Crown debtor), deceased, and alleged to have belonged formerly to Sir Michael Stanhope, kt, attainted, and former inquisitions of such lands in the years 1619, 1620, and 1621. Touching defendant's refusal to pay fee-farm rent for the house.

County/place: Kingston-upon-Hull.

Date of commission: 10 July 1622.
