Description

Short title: Dale v Sotherton.

Plaintiff(s): Roger Dale.

Defendant(s): John Sotherton, one of the Barons of the Exchequer.

Subject of depositions: Lands, late Sir German Poole's, kt, in Counthorpe, Castle Bitham, and Little Bitham, "whereof deft. hath taken the profits" by virtue of an extent, for the debt of Sir German Poole. Value and liabilities of lands so extended. Alleged interference of defendant with leases, etc. Composition of tithes for the lands. Survey.

Date of commission: 10 July 1622.
