Plaintiff(s): Thomas Earl of Arundell and Surrey, Earl Marshal of England, and Anne Countess Dowager of Arundell, mother of said Earl.
Defendant(s): William Moody, Adam Tylor, John Allen, William Chettall.
Subject of depositions: Lands, parcel of Wem Poole alias Old Poole, within the manor of Wem. Recovery of marshy ground called "Wem Poole." Also touching commons lying between Pool and lands in the township of Horton; whether the commons were called "Wem Poole" alias "Horton's Moore" alias Horton's Common. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Survey.
County/place: Shropshire.
Date of commission: 10 July 1622.
