Short title: Rudd v Singleton.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Rudd.

Defendant(s): William Singleton, Thomas Singleton, of Chester.

Subject of depositions: Debts of Robert Fletcher, of London, deceased, and particularly as to a sum of £50 alleged to have been paid by him to defendant Thomas for the use of plaintiff.
