Description

Short title: Carew v Weeb.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Carew, kt.

Defendant(s): Margaret Weeb.

Subject of depositions: Plaintiff's claim of fee-farm in tenements in Sageston, Milton, manor of Upton, Cocheland, East Williamson, and Steppes, including closes called "Radford Lands ", "Stable Meade" and "Row Parks." [The closes have been often the subject at variance during this reign. The possessions of Edward Webb, late husband of defendant, Henry Earl of Northumberland, Sir John Perrot, and John Phillips, are mentioned].
