Description

Short title: Fanshaw v Osbaston.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Fanshaw.

Defendant(s): Henry Osbaston.

Subject of depositions: Town of Ware, and inclosed ground called "Berry Close." Metes and bounds, and value of close. [A former suit between Thomas Osbaston (defendant's father) and Sir Henry Fanshaw, kt, deceased (plaintiff's father), formerly lord of the manor of Ware, and deputy lieutenant for Herts, is mentioned].

County/place: Hertfordshire.
