Description

Short title: Singleton v Rudd.

Plaintiff(s): William Singleton.

Defendant(s): Richard Rudd.

Subject of depositions: Accounts and bonds between Robert Fletcher, the younger, of the city of Chester, deceased, Robert Fletcher, the elder, of the city of Chester, alderman, John Owen, of same city, deceased, plaintiff and defendant; and an award touching such accounts, made by alderman Watts when he was lord mayor of London.

County/place: Cheshire.
