Plaintiff(s): Thomas Mayer, one of the burgesses and freemen of the town of Dunwich, on his own behalf, and that of the rest of the poor inhabitants and freemen of same town.
Defendant(s): Roger Crispe, John Harper, John Backe, John Ebbs, Jonas Blobald, Robert Spatchett, Thomas Kempster, Henry Gathercole.
Subject of depositions: Town of Dunwich, and a common called the South Common alias Dunwich Common, in Dunwich. Metes and bounds of common. Right of pasturage on same. Touching the rules of the corporation of the town of Dunwich.
County/place: Suffolk.
Date of commission: 12 February 1622.
