Description

Short title: ap William v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): Richard ap William ap Robert.

Defendant(s): William Williams, Thomas Williams.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands called"y Bryn glas","Bron Veirchion","y Garry gwen","y Werglodd ynhalken yllyn","Maes Mawre","Maes Gwyn" in the township of Dynorwick, parcel of the principality of North Wales. Alleged expulsion of ancient tenants of the township of Dynorwick by defendants"under collor of the King's Letters Patents." Customs of manor. [Jevan David ap Gwillim, Robert ap Jevan, and William ap Robert plaintiff's father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and a grant of the township by Queen Elizabeth to Thomas William and Simon Williams, are mentioned.
