Subject of depositions: Lordship of Denbigh, lately belonging to Robert Earl of Leicester. Touching the purchase by plaintiff of the fee-farm rent of a water corn-mill therein, called "The New Mill" which was granted by the Crown, 10 James I, to Edward Ferrers and Francis Phillips, at £3 per annum. Also touching the metes and bounds between such premises and Duckworth's lands, and Knowsley's lands, and Burchinshaw's lands, within the lordship, and in the township of Gwenynog.
