Description

Short title: Constable v Dolman.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Constable, bart.

Defendant(s): Marmaduke Dolman.

Subject of depositions: Great waste or common called "Holme Common" in Spaldingmore, and a house in or near a place called Thex or Welhambridge, in the parish of Holme, in Spaldingmore, purchased by defendant of John Fowbery; whether the house was formerly a chapel? Right of common. Customs of the lordship of Holme.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 22 November 1620.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 January 1621 at Holme-upon-Spaldingmore.
