Description

Short title: ap John v Needham.

Plaintiff(s): Henry ap John Foulke.

Defendant(s): Thomas Needham and Eleanor his wife, Griffith ap Owen.

Subject of depositions: Clockaynnocke Park, and a messuage in plaintiff's possession in the town of Boddenhavad, in the comot of Collion; whether the messuage is parcel of the park, and held as copyhold of the manor of Collion? whether the park is parcel of the lordship of Ruthin? Customs of manor. [The possessions of Foulk ap John Tona (plaintiff's grandfather) and John Fowlke (plaintiff's father), a grant of the lordship by Phillip and Mary to William late Earl of Pembroke, deceased, and William Clerke, and by them to John Salesburie, then to Sir John Salesburie his son, and a grant of same by James I. to John Salesburie, November 7 James I, are mentioned].
