Description

Short title: Annesley v Davids.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Francis Annesley, kt, His Majesty's Principal Secretary in Ireland.

Defendant(s): Thos Davids alias Davies, clerk, Henry Davids alias Davies.

Subject of depositions: Two tenements in possession of defendants; whether parcel of Eglwyskinnin Manor? Neglect to repair same. Alleged encroachments on manor. Metes and bounds of manor. [The possessions of James Reade, of Rothes, and William Reade his son, and James Reade, son of William Sir John Perrot, kt, attainted, Jenkin Filley, of Penryn Comot, in the town of Morblechurch, Rose Filley his wife, Jennet Filley his daughter, John Reignold, Jennet's husband, William Reignold, Richard Reignold, Henry ap Rees, Philip Lloyd, and Meredith ap John, of St Cleers, are mentioned].

County/place: Carmarthenshire.

Date of commission: 17 November 1620.
