Plaintiff(s): Thomas Jenkins.
Defendant(s): Moyses Tryon.
Subject of depositions: Manors of Harringworth and Bulwick (Northamptonshire), and other lands there, and the last will and testament of Francis Foxley, deceased, late owner. Touching the sale of the premises by John, William and Richard Foxley, sons of Francis, to defendant, and loan of £500 to them by defendant, for which plaintiff became surety. Value of premises, and plaintiff's charges for agency in promoting such sale.
County/place: Northamptonshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1620.
