Subject of depositions: Lands in Chesterton, in the parish of Cirencester, rented by Robert Turk of Roger Strange. Bargain and sale of corn off the lands by Turk for arrears of rent, and seizure of corn in execution by Richard Osbaldeston, deceased, late under-sheriff of Gloucester, to Henry Finch, high sheriff, at the suit of defendant. Whether the seizure was made before or after the bargain?.
County/place: Gloucestershire.
