Description

Short title: Ewbank v Bartram.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Ewbank, William Olivant, and all others His Majesty's tenants of the manor of Lazenby.

Defendant(s): Thomas Bartram, Percival Kirkbride.

Subject of depositions: Grounds in the manor of Lazenby, called "The Willows" and "The Willow Bed" the "Redmoor" and "The Holme "; whether there are any grounds there called the Nether Willows (claimed by defendants)? Metes and bounds. Right of common. Survey.

County/place: Cumberland.

Date of commission: 5 July 1620.
