Description

Short title: Clough v Stephenson.

Plaintiff(s): John Clough.

Defendant(s): John Stephenson.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and oxgangs of land in Carlton Miniott, called "The Hall Garth." Touching right of way for the farmer of the premisses from a parcel of pasture ground in Carlton, called the "Oxcloses" over and through grounds inSowerby (in defendant's occupation), called "Oliver More" and "Little Thorpe" to ground in Sowerby, called "Sowerby Dailes. ".

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1620.
