Description

Short title: Powell v Webb.

Plaintiff(s): Lewis Powell.

Defendant(s): Edward Webb, Thomas Rigby and Elizabeth his wife.

Subject of depositions: Plaintiff's mills called "Pembroke Mills" the great stone bridge adjoining, and a mill called "The Grove Mill" in defendants' possessions. Custom of "suit and grist" to Pembroke Mills, and injury caused to plaintiff by defendants diversion of customs from them. [Morgan Powell (plaintiff's father), deceased, is mentioned].

County/place: Pembrokeshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1619.
