Defendant(s): Anne Bankes, widow.
Subject of depositions: Claims to leases of the rectory impropriate of Giggleswick, made by George Middleton (plaintiff's father) and Mr Somerscales, and payment of rent for same rectory to Mr Scudamore. Touching plaintiff's suit against Skudamore, and receipts for payment of money to him, lately in the possession of Robert Banks (plaintiff's attorney), deceased.
County/place: Yorkshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1619.
