Description

Short title: Fortescue v Dromant.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Fortescue, kt, Henry Goodwin.

Defendant(s): Roger Dromant.

Subject of depositions: Mills called the Town Mills, in the manor of Great Torrington, in the occupation of plaintiff Goodwin as tenant of plaintiff Fortescue, and defendant's mills called Frithelstock Mills; whether defendant's mills are holden of the manor of Frithelstock? Custom of "suit and grist" to Town Mills. Metes and bounds of Torrington Manor. Survey. Touching former suits on same question.
