Description

Short title: Tod v Calverley.

Plaintiff(s): James Tod.

Defendant(s): Sir John Calverley, kt.

Subject of depositions: Charge of £30 depending in the Pipe Office, imposed upon defendant's father, Thomas Calverley, and an extent upon lands of Thomas in [?], Yorkshire. Composition for same, and his promised discharge by John Richardson, his solicitor.

County/place: Durham; Yorkshire.
