Defendant(s): Owen Tasburgh.
Subject of depositions: Lease of the manor of Chalvedon Hall alias Chaladon alias Chaldon, in Petsy, lately in possession of Owen Tasburgh (defendant's father), and now in the tenure of defendant. Touching a decree upon a suit in Chancery, brought by the brother and sisters of defendant, to recover their portions out of the lands.
