Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands called "Retallack" in the parish of St Collomb-the-Higher, and Pelyne, in the parish of St Gerrence; whether yearly rents have been paid out of same to Grace Elliott, sometime widow of Edmund Langford, and afterwards widow of John Elliott? Touching the receivers of rents for the lands.
