Description

Short title: Wynn v David.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Wynn, kt and bart Sir Roger Mostyn, Cadwallader Piers.

Defendant(s): Edward David Lloyd.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage called "Craig Ronowe" and other lands in the township of Gwern Evell, and "extent" lands in the township. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. [The possessions of John Vaughan, of Glanllyntegie (Merionethshire), attorney before the council of the marches, and J.P. in Merioneth, Howell Vaughan his father, Robert Vaughan his eldest brother; and grant of "extent" lands in the comott of Penllyn (Merionethshire) by the Crown, about the year 16 Eliz, to Henry Astell, and about 32 Eliz, to Clement Daubeney, are mentioned].

County/place: Merionethshire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1618.
