Short title: Garth v Dent.

Plaintiff(s): William Garth.

Defendant(s): John Dent, Richard Steele, Lancelot Hilton, John Turner.

Subject of depositions: Great More called "Gainford More" by some "Pearcebridge More" by some "Hedlam More." Touching the division of the More among the freeholders of Gainforth, under an agreement come to by them about sixteen or seventeen years ago.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 12 February 1618.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 20 April 1618 at Pearcebridge.
