Description

Short title: Duckett v Shephard.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Duckett.

Defendant(s): George Shephard, Nicholas Todd.

Subject of depositions: Lands in the manor of Sadgill, held by plaintiff of the "Prince his Highnes" and of Sir James Bellingham, knight, and defendant's obstruction to plaintiff's cattle depasturing on Sadgill Common. Customs of manor. [The possessions of Rowland Mickley, in Sadgill, and survey of the manor in the 20th year of Queen Elizabeth, are mentioned].

County/place: Westmorland.
