Description

Short title: Carew v Webb.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Carew, kt.

Defendant(s): Edward Webb.

Subject of depositions: Castle of Carew, and mills there called the French mills. Waste and Spoil. Touching also pastures called Stable Mead, Rough Park, parcel of Upton Manor, sometime belonging to Sir John Perrott, and after to Robert Earl of Essex. Common of Pasture. [Reference is made to former suits, and to an award, made 10 James I].

County/place: Pembrokeshire.

Date of commission: 21 November 1617.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 March 1618 at Carew.
