Description

Short title: Holloway v Robson.

Plaintiff(s): John Holloway, of London, Humphrey Holloway, of London.

Defendant(s): William Robson, of London.

Subject of depositions: Deed of partnership in patent glass works in Ireland, John Hawys, one of the parties thereto, who was recommended by defendant to manage the works, and bonds and billsgiven by plaintiffs to defendant for money borrowed to carry on the business. [Former suits touching the patent of Sir Robert Mansell are mentioned].

County/place: London.

Date of commission: 12 February 1618.
