Short title: Wight v Gayre.

Plaintiff(s): John Wight, clerk, parson and prebendary of the parish church of Itchen Abbotts.

Defendant(s): John Gayre.

Subject of depositions: Prebend and parsonage of Itchen Abbotts. Glebe lands and tithes. [Robert Bullock, clerk, Robert Sawnay, clerk, incumbents of the parsonage, Richard Knight, farmer of the parsonage, the constitution of the late abbey or nunnery of St Mary, Winchester, and the prebendaries therein, and its condition since dissolution, and the possessions of the Marquis of Winchester, are mentioned].
