Description

Short title: Wiseman v Grimston.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Wiseman, kt, John and Jane Wiseman, son and daughter of Sir W.

Defendant(s): Sir Harbottell Grimston, kt and bart Lionel Farrington, Simon Spatchurst.

Subject of depositions: Seizure of the goods and chattels of plaintiffs at their mansion house called "Broadoaks" upon an extent for a Crown debt.

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 12 February 1617.
